system.

- Thou shalt ask rather than tell.
- Thou shalt walk around rather than stand
up front.
- Thou shalt not touch thy users’ keyboards
or mice.
- Thou shalt regularly elicit feedback about
pacing.
- Thou shalt check for understanding often.
- Thou shalt interact with everyone (by name).
- Thou shalt adapt to thy audience.
