Board Games

What's a Board Game?

It doesn't matter if it's electronic---we think of a board game as any game similar to those old "roll the dice", "take a turn" games.

Jeopardy:

This is the undisputed king of Board-style games. Lots of folks offer Jeopardy-style games.  Here's a few:

Millionaire:

The Megabyte Memory game, programmed in Director but with modifiable content, is available from Barbara Brown and Associates for $50.

Dan Lim provides educators with free creation and hosting of this and other Flash games. Visit him at http://flashgames.umn.edu.

Concentration:

Total Recall from Zoft Systems is also a handy study tool.  It's designed for hybrid or face-to-face classes with a computer and data projector.

Barbara Brown has a $50 version of Concentration called Match Game.
